Carole has a reputation in the legal community of being one of the best mediators in the area and she lived up to her reputation for me. Outstanding work....and I hope I am never in need again....LOL!

I felt, from the start, that Carol was on the opposing party's side during my mediation and was pushing me to give more that I thought I should.She kept telling me not to "nickel and dime" the opposing party and chastised me for not filing...

The mediator began asking
questions that appeared to be helping the other side.. They were not neutral inquiries. It became alarmingly clear that the mediator began advocating the otherside’s positions.
It was scary when I noticed the mediators...
