Volunteer work started 30 years ago has led to serving in a leadership capacity as President of CITRUS VALLEY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS(r) in 2002, earning the honor of being named by CVAR REAL ESTATE PROFFESIONAL OF THE YEAR-2003 and again REALTOR (r) OF THE YEAR 2005, Community Service Award 2012, and 2013 Small Business of the Year California. The desire to keep the "American Dream" alive led to spearheading affordable housing efforts at the state level which led to receiving the honor of being named CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS(r) in 2009 as "Outstanding Chair" for her work as State Director Affordable Housing Chair, which was followed by an award especially meaningful to her; 2012 Presidential Award by President of CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS Le Francis Arnold because of his willingness to offer support and reassurance when walking into her first big legislature meeting at the state level, contributing to her desire to do the same for others. Carol is extremely proud of her advocacy role in both local and federally. Carol is proud to have the honor of being Federal District Coordinator for Congresswoman Judy Chu, Carol is also Key Contact for Senator Susan Rubio and Assembly member Blanca Rubio. Carol is the Founding Officer of the Real Estate Professional Foundation a pass-through organization. The foundation has served the San Gabriel Valley Families in need for the past 25 years. The Foundation has two arms. Serving our Military, Disabled, Past, Present and Future, and a Health Arm helping Cancer patients with medical supplies, Seniors especially trough the lockdown of COVID-19, food relief, home repairs all achieved by fundraising.
