Carmen Ojeda has dedicated her career to helping people achieve their homeownership goals. “My motto is ‘Do the right thing by the customer—always,’” explains Carmen. “I never stop learning about new programs and products because that knowledge powers my ability to make dreams a reality for the people I work with.” Carmen has deep knowledge of federally insured loan programs, such as VA and FHA loans, as well as highly specialized programs such as the Doctor Loan Program. And, she is well versed with every type of loan in between. “The key to success is clear communication from application through closing,” adds Carmen. “I enjoy helping a range of clientele—from first-time homebuyers, move-ups, and renovations to complex investor profiles and foreign national loans—I enjoy the opportunity to share my experience to create successful results.” When she isn’t helping customers, Carmen also supports her community by volunteering at the San Diego Food Bank. A member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), Carmen is fluent in Spanish.
