We closed on time even with a storm passing by. Deanne went above sending the file back for final underwriting when the appraisal came back on a Saturday. Very proactive!
Carmen was excellent communicating with the customer as to what she needed in order to complete the loan and at the same time keeping me abreast of the situation.
