I relocated to Florida from South Dakota in 2000. The happiness Florida has given me has been life-changing and I love welcoming others to paradise! I worked in the medical field for years and love to help people. Whether you are first time home buyer, investor, or part of the older population having to selling your last home and having a hard time letting go, I will be there from contract to close. As a former member of the Army National Guard I take pride in helping current and past members of the Military with the home buying process. I have a do whatever it takes attitude to get the job done. I have a power team of home inspectors, lenders (from down payment assistance programs, FHA, USDA, VA, conventional to portfolio loans), title companies, attorney's and insurers.
