Carmela Renaldo comes to Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty with more than 17 years of professional real estate experience. For the last six years, she's specialized in residential sales and marketing in southern and mid-Westchester. Before that, she spent 11 years as Business Analyst and Relationship Manager for the Real Estate Investments Division of a major financial firm in New York City. She's also served as Treasurer for the Board of Directors of the condominium community in which she resides. Carmela received her Bachelor's degree Summa Cum Laude from Herbert H. Lehman College and her Master's degree from New York University. She was awarded a graduate assistantship to pursue doctoral studies in Psychology at NYU, and she taught and conducted research while a candidate in the PhD program. A native New Yorker, Carmela has been a Westchester resident for 25 years. She came to Westchester because of its close proximity to New York City, its fast, reliable transportation, its excellent educational and recreational facilities, and its abundant natural beauty. She's very familiar with Westchester's towns and villages, and she's delighted to share her knowledge of and enthusiasm for the county with potential residents. Given her corporate background in relationship management, it's not surprising that Carmela is skilled at building effective working relationships with clients and customers. A careful listener with a friendly demeanor and an eye for detail, she makes it a priority to understand her clients' needs and goals and works diligently to achieve those goals, whether developing a successful marketing plan for sellers or finding the perfect home or investment property for buyers. In her spare time, Carmela is an avid tennis player and skier. She enjoys spending snowy winter weekends with family and friends at her vacation home in Vermont.
