Born and raised in Wilmington, Carlton attended New Hanover High School and later graduated from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) where he studied Urban and Regional Planning. After graduation, he returned home and served our community as a law enforcement officer. With an inherent desire to serve others, Carlton joined Intracoastal Realty to guide his clients through every step of the buying or selling process. With a lifetime of local knowledge and a reputation bound by integrity and excellence, Carlton will strive to make every real estate transaction a positive experience. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family - his wife Brittany and son Ellis.
