For over thirty years, I have represented only employees in disputes with their current or former employers. I do not and will not represent employers. I believe employees deserve to be treated fairly in the work environment and continually encourage individuals to stand up for their rights in the workplace. I am a graduate of Dallas Baptist University and U.T. School of Law. I have handled cases throughout the State of Texas, both in state and federal courts.
