Carl Williams II is a graduate of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. He received his B.A in Political Science and shortly after graduating, he pursued graduate studies in Public Administration. Carl was born in Chicago and now is a resident of the western suburbs. Carl is Currently a Realtor with Baird Warner and before affiliating with Baird Warner, he worked closely under the Managing Broker at Frazier Management in Chicago as a Professional Broker Assistant. And prior to that, Carl served the needs to developmentally disabled adults as a Case Manager for Marklund in Geneva.Carl has had a unique upbringing in real-estate by having generations of property investors in his immediate family. Carl takes pride in having had the opportunity to grow up in an environment which has helped Carl to develop a sincere appreciation of the real-estate industry. Some of Carl's favorite memories growing up consist of listening to groups of successful real-estate investors have casual industry conversations over coffee in a local restaurant.Carl is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, inc. Carl has served as a committee chair for the IDeaL Education Foundation and is an associate member of the Chicago Urban League.
