Carey Poole is a managing director and market leader for the State of Florida within Cushman & Wakefield's Project & Development Services group. In this capacity, she leverages her 20+ years of experience in the fields of commercial interior design, construction management, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment to help her clients realize their vision for a sustainable work environment. Thanks to her success, Ms. Poole is recognized as an expert in managing large and complex interior projects, and is known for her ability to complete large corporate headquarters and major law firm assignments on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to her client's business.Before joining Cushman & Wakefield's project and development services team, Ms. Poole was with Carter & Associates, where she was a member of that firm's interior project management group. Ms. Poole has overseen the project management for some of the metro area's largest and most visible corporate interior projects. In addition to her success with large corporate projects, Ms. Poole has also built a sterling reputation as the "go to" project manager in Atlanta and the Southeast for delivering law firm environments.Ms. Poole has also established an enviable track record working with doctors, dentists, and healthcare providers and administrators. Her experience with the unique and complicated needs of medical office interiors has resulted in a growing list of medical clients, ranging from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet.
