Candice Van Bibber-Jefferson is a full-time professional real estate affiliate broker serving the Middle Tennessee Area. Before joining Remax Fine Homes, Candice began her career in the customer based industry of food service. She was an assistant general manager with Darden Restaurants for eight years. During that time she was also a district trainer for Nashville area Red Lobster Restaurants. Under her supervision, this restaurant received the honor of Best Restaurant in 2003 for best overall performance, and outstanding customer service in the nation. Candice started in real estate as a buyer and seller for investment properties. This peaked her interest in a career with Real Estate and obtained her license in 2007. Since then, she has extensive experience working with seller, buyers, HUD homes, foreclosures, short sales, and property management, New Construction, and Commercial Sales. Community involvement and networking is one of Candice's passions. She has been a member of Business Networking International since 2015 and is the communications coordinator for her chapter. She volunteers for Bridges Domestic Violence Center and a member of the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce since 2007 and now serves as an Ambassador. Candice receives consistent feedback regarding her attention to detail and attentiveness to communication and time management. Combining her past experience in customer service and real estate gives her the tools needed to successfully help clients have an enjoyable experience when buying or selling a home.
