My seventeen year career in this industry has given me the confidence and ability to deal with any situation that a real estate transaction may present. Having developed the skills to list, market and advertise residential property in Chicago, Evanston and numerous other suburbs, I understand the importance of being attentive to all parties whether they be my personal buyers or sellers, agents, contractors, inspectors, or city personnel.I am well organized and work hard to meet the needs of my clients. I believe I am capable of surmounting obstacles that may land in the way of a transactions by dealing with them head on to come up with solutions. The way I see it, it is my job to keep negotiations running smoothly and I work tirelessly to accomplish that goal. Prior to becoming a real estate associate, I received a bachelor's degree in theatre and unjoyed an apprenticeship with The Cleveland Playhouse. My theatrical career continued after moving to Chicago. As a free lance actress for twenty years, I performed on stage in many of the local theatres as well as performing in live industrial shows, commercial televison and radio advertisements. It is this experience in my background that directly influences my composure in the relatively high stress business of real estate. I not only read the lines and remember obscure details I am excellent at reading in between the lines and interpreting body language. I delight in the individual and quickly gain their trust and loyalty. I happen to live in Evanston where I have been a resident for twenty-five years. My husband and I have raised three children here and I have been active in the local schools as well as being a board member for The Child Care Center of Evanston for many years. My fundraising affilliations connect me with Northlight Theatre, St. Mary's Church and I served on the Dewey, Nichols and ETHS parent teacher organizations. My commitment to my community runs deep and I work hard at having my buyers and sellers find the community they can commit to.
