We have fought with numerous wiretaps, including a successful one in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in U.S vs. Staffeldt. We currently have another challenge in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals regarding sealing of the recordings, probable cause and neccessity, which is the requirement that the governemnt that the government attempt to solve the case without a wiretap. Narcotics -Our office has worked on many cases involving narcotics in sate and federal court, ranging from simple to highly complex cases. DUI: -For over thrity years, Cameron Morgan has handled hundreds of DUI cases. We have argued DUI defenses in trial and are currently challenging Arizona Laws regarding the constitutionality of implied consent.
