Mark worked so hard on my cousin's older, very pet-stained carpet. It came out better than we could ever imagine and smells really fresh. He's a great guy who takes pride in the job.
Marc was punctual, professional, polite and detailed. He left my carpets and a white room-sized shag rug beautifully clean, including removal of a few stains that I wasn’t sure would come out. Very pleased and highly recommend.
