I love rock climbing, hiking, trail running and other adventuring around the mountains and deserts of Utah. I am obsessed with my dog and playing with my 3 kids and family. Because of my passion and drive for my personal life I started investing in Real Estate in 2022. My number one goal is to create financial freedom so I can spend as much of my time as possible with the people I love doing the things that we love!Since 2022 I have invested in a couple of property flips, done rental arbitrage, purchased a couple of mid-term rentals with creative financing and purchased a true vacation rental.
