Caleb is an Associate Attorney at Porter Law Firm, where he began as a Law Clerk in 2022. His experience encompasses both litigation and transactional work with a focus on commercial real estate. He is involved throughout all stages of real estate transactions, preparing letters of intent, deeds, and closing statements. In addition, he manages a broad range of real estate investment matters, including investment fundraising, analysis, lease and negotiation processes, purchase and sale negotiations, and investment management. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, where he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2024. An outdoor enthusiast, Caleb still enjoys playing soccer and staying active through golfing, hiking, and skiing.
