Caleb Brewer moved here from Little Rock, Arkansas in 1999 and attended Western State College, receiving a degree in Business in 2002. Caleb became the Leasing Director for Peak in August 2003 and started selling Real Estate a year later. In January of 2006, he became an owner of the company and spent the next several years learning how to run and manage a business while selling real estate. In July 2009, Caleb become a proud father of a baby girl, Hadley, and in February of 2013, welcomed his son, Corbin. He and his wife, Bridget, look forward to raising their family in the Gunnison Valley. As of July 1st, 2014, he is now the sole owner of the company and is also the managing broker.
