Mark is admitted to practice in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, the Tennessee Court of Civil Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals-Fifth and Sixth Circuit and United States District Courts in Tennesse and Mississippi. Mark graduated from Lambuth College with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1984.
