Reagan's passion for helping business leaders started at a young age as he watched his parents operate and grow the family business. Reagan turned this experience into a profession he loves: assisting clients grow their businesses and realize the American dream. Reagan works with clients on an array of transactions; including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and internal restructures, ranging in value from $5 million to over $1 billion across a variety of industries including agriculture, transportation, manufacturing and healthcare. Reagan's practice encompasses a variety of business transactions and general corporate matters. He approaches his practice with a focus on providing efficient solutions to complex issues. Reagan believes the best legal advice comes from attorneys who understand the client's business and he works with the whole Polsinelli team to ensure excellent client service for our clients. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Reagan was an associate in the corporate group of an Am Law 100 law firm.
