I appreciate the fact that Allstate offered a quality product at an affordable price. It was easy to swap services from my former insurance provider to Allstate. And, they follow up to offer more services at a better price, when they can.

I worked with Theda. She was so kind and informative. She really helped me understand my coverages and saved me a ton of money. She was such a pleasure to work with and has been there every time I have needed something!

Find a different insurance agent. Byron Eaton will raise your rates and when you email or call to ask why he just refuses to answer or respond. Ended up cancelling my policy and finding a different agent. Avoid Byron at all costs.

Living in Helena, just a few miles from my office, provides me a little bit of everything. I've enjoy the small-town feel of knowing my neighbors, while taking advantage of the perks of a big city such as Birmingham. I was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army and am a graduate of the University of North Alabama. I have been in the insurance industry since 1992 and opened my Allstate agency on Parkwood Road in 2013. Being an Allstate agency owner provides me the flexibility to give back to my community while building a local business. I appreciate the opportunity to help customers choose the coverage that fits their needs. Much of my free time is spent at Helena Sports Complex with my wife, Brandy, and sons Wyatt and Asher, with the many sports offered by Helena Parks & Recreation. I have coached their teams at Shades Mountain Christian School. We also like to visit Moss Rock Preserve in Hoover.
