    We LOVE Bugman and so does my neighborhood. He responds quickly to your phone call and gets you on the schedule right away. Ever since we started using Bugman we have seen almost no bugs inside.

    Had him out to treat yellow jackets inside my walls. Once two years ago, and again recently. Both times was very pleased with his urgency and response time. Yellow jackets died quickly after his treatment despite our numerous failed attempts....

    Had no problem making the appointment but they never showed up or called to reschedule . Based on the other reviews I am not the only one.
