Not great. You’d think if a client didn’t respond to your correspondence, they’re probably not interested in the service. Instead, a treatment was done that I didn’t ask for , didn’t want , and didn’t want to pay for. Not great.

I guess they did what needed to be done. It would've been nice to have known when they were coming so we could've asked questions or find out how the trees were doing.
The work done was great. The crew arrived on time, professional & cleaned up.
