Drawn by the clear water and swaying palm trees, Bry Locher found that St. Croix combines the diversity that she loved previously living in Washington DC, with a small town caring community. Originally from Ohio, she escaped the cold north in 2008 and loves exploring all that the island has to offer. Since moving to St. Croix, Bry has expanded her family to include two amazing daughters and a Crucian rescue dog. She loves working with people to find the same joy in living on St. Croix that she has discovered. Bry joined the Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty family in 2017, became Managing Broker in March 2019 and Regional Sales Director in 2021.
