Bryan was great. THE RULES YOU GO BY THAT ARE INSANE TOTALLY RUIN THE LOAN EXPERIENCE.

We had a very short window to get to close and Bryan made it happen even with a few challenges. If I could change one thing it would be to go with a company that shops rates with multiple lenders to get the most competitive rate.
