Bryan McCutcheon is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions Practice Group, with a focus on securities regulation and capital markets transactions. Mr. McCutcheon has experience advising clients in a diverse array of industries in connection with public and private offerings of securities, Securities Act and Exchange Act filings, corporate governance matters, and M&A transactions. He has represented clients ranging in size from early-stage private equity portfolio companies to large, multinational corporations. Mr. McCutcheon has been named a "Rising Star" by Colorado Super Lawyers in the practice area of Securities & Corporate Finance and has received a Best Lawyers in America (r): Ones To Watch recognition for Corporate Governance and Compliance Law, Corporate Law, Securities / Capital Markets Law and Securities Regulation. He earned his law degree in 2011 from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, served as Production Editor on the University of Colorado Law Review, and was a Teaching Assistant for Contracts. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English in 2008, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Loyola University Chicago. Mr. McCutcheon is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
