Congrats on the new home you have the Seaside boardwalk only a few hundred feet away summer will be a great time for you and your family at the Jersey Shore.

I represented the seller in the 555 Cedar deal . we were supposed to close Sept 2 but instead closed October 29 ! Jewish holidays should only have pushed it back a week or so at most .It caused seller 2 months of extra carrrying costs and worry...
