Brian saved a transaction that failed because the condo complex was non warrantable. He jumped around and in less than 2 weeks converted a conventional to a FHA loan. Brian's communication was amazing.

Some go good, but Brian made this one great. Dealing with a VA loan is sometimes not something that you want to do as a list agent, but Brian did a great job of making sure that all was handled in a timely manner throughout the close.
