    If you pay him in advance you will regret it. Brian Ross is lazy and incompetent and he puts his own interests above yours. I sued him for malpractice, and his laziness and incompetence defending himself were stronger than his self-interest....

    Unfortunately Brian is incompetent and makes many errors and gets you sanctioned because he is inexperienced and found him to not be honest. Totally not happy with his pathetic lack of Ethics and lack of Code of Conduct....
