Brian Kordell is the owner of Cornerstone Mortgage Group where he also serves as a lead mortgage broker and loan officer. Brian started his career in the mortgage industry in 2001. With 20+ years of experience as a mortgage processor, underwriter, and branch manager, Brian knows the loan process inside and out and guides his clients from the initial application to the final closing signature with ease. Cornerstone Mortgage Group makes it their mission to educate all borrowers and colleagues in the industry on how to maximize their financial goals with the right mortgage and aims to provide competitive interest rates and closing costs while serving customers with integrity. Brian earned a Masters of Business Administration and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the premier honor society recognizing business excellence by honoring the top 10% of business students. Cornerstone Mortgage Group is proudly accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an A+ rating, and Brian is affiliated with the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. Brian is also an approved Continuing Education Instructor for real estate agents in the state of New Jersey. When he's not busy continuing his education or helping clients obtain a new or refinance loan, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, especially his two daughters. With over two decades of mortgage experience under his belt plus the knowledge from opening his own company, Brian is well suited for teaching others about the world of mortgage financing.
