The primary reason I became an Edward Jones financial advisor is that I learned through my own experience that people were seeking sound financial advice but didn't know how or where to get it. My vision is to provide a personally tailored client experience to help individuals reach their financial goals. I begin by getting to know my clients and what they would like to achieve. I then work closely with their CPA, attorneys and other professionals to help them determine the most appropriate and comprehensive financial strategy that is right for them and their family to help achieve their goals. I can help with reducing taxes, protection and estate strategies.I opened my Edward Jones office in Gibson City, Illinois, in 2010, obtained my AAMS™ designation in 2012, became a limited partner in 2015 and received my CFP® certification in 2018. I have served our firm by volunteering in many regional roles, including level leader, system solutions coach, field trainer and client transition leader. My wife, Cathy, and I met at the University of Illinois, married in 1991 and have resided in Gibson City since 1994. We have three children and enjoy cheering them on in all of their various activities. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, traveling and riding my motorcycle. In the community, I am active on the Gibson Area Hospital board of directors; a member of the Gibson City Lion's Club, including being a past president and Lion of the Year 2018-2019; and a member of the Gibson City Bible Church.My senior branch office administrator, Betsy Hammitt, and I have been working together since 2013, when she joined the firm. She became a limited partner in 2019 and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to those with whom we work. I have been blessed in my career and added Christian Rosenbeck as a financial advisor to our branch in September 2024.
