Brett Marlowe joined the firm in 2006 and was named a partner with the firm in 2008. Brett focuses his practice representing clients in commercial and construction disputes. He also has considerable experience in civil litigation defense practice including significant injury and death cases arising out of motor vehicle negligence and premises liability. Brett graduated with high honors from Rollins College in 1997 and went on to attend law school at Florida State University College of Law where he participated in the Oxford University Summer Program in Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida as well as the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also represented clients in several other jurisdictions throughout the United States.Brett has been nominated and selected by his peers to be included as a "Rising Star" in the 2009-2013 editions of the Florida Super Lawyers publication as one of the "state's outstanding young lawyers."Additionally, Brett was nominated by his peers and selected to the Florida Trend Legal Elite 2010, a listing of the top 2% of Lawyers in the state. Brett is a native of Central Florida and enjoys being active with tennis, soccer, basketball, golf and keeping up with his young children. He has been married to his wife Catherine, since 2001.
