Early in his career Brent learned how to identify clients' unique needs upfront and is known for his diligence and work ethic. With nearly 20 years of marketing and data science experience, Brent offers clients a unique approach to real estate. He uses data and the art of analyzing market trends to inform his clients. He guides the real estate discussion with helpful insights that allow clients to make data-driven decisions and maximize their buying and selling power. Background After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Iowa, Brent went on to manage data and analytics for clients including CVS/Caremark, and then served as Director of Data Management & Operations at the American Medical Association. Brent lived in the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview neighborhoods of Chicago for 10 years before meeting his wife, starting a family, and moving to Wilmette. Whether a handsome historic property or sleek new construction defines the client's ideal space, Brent enjoys navigating Chicagoland and its many fantastic features so that clients are delighted by the result! Having extensive marketing experience in his background allows Brent to fully plan and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored for each unique property. Community Involvement Brent is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter Junior Board. The junior board's mission is to raise awareness of Alzheimer's and related dementias and to act through fundraising events, support programs, education, and advocacy initiatives. Brent is a member of the Rotary Club of Wilmette and was the club president from 2022 to 2023. In 2023, he was proud to receive the award Rotarian of the Year. Interests Brent has a sailboat and enjoys sailing Lake Michigan with his family and friends. He is an avid runner and ran the Chicago Marathon in 2021, 2022, and 2023 to help support the Alzheimer's Association.
