Five years later that small start ended with a 535 (2.5+ acre) lot upper scale subdivision known as King's Deer. This subdivision boasts an 18 hole links golf course with club house, miles of walking trails, a soccer field and an elementary school. In 2002 we began development on the prestigious Cathedral Pines Development in the Black Forest. This development has approximately 12 miles of trails along with 145 acres of open space which was donated to the county to become part of the Black Forest Regional Park.
