East End Native born in Southampton Hospital and raised on the North Fork. As "The East End Broker", Brendan covers Residential and Commercial real estate as well as real estate finance. Brendan can provide the financing for buyers and bridge sellers during the sales process. He has real estate transactional experience in all of Long Island, NYC, and the Hudson Valley. However, his focus is in the Hamptons, North Fork and Shelter Island. As a lifelong entrepreneur, he has always had the passion forbusiness and getting the deal done. Many of Brendan's professional relationships have been developed through his employment in the golf industry, including Atlantic Golf Club in Bridgehampton. Subsequently, he has spent 16 years on Wall St. starting as a retail stockbroker then graduating to owning a portfolio management and NYSE volume leading trading firm. His self funded ventures have employed over 1500 people over a 10 year period with one time human resources as high as 160. Brendan's accomplishments include business developments that have lead to his participation in a $280mm sale of Tradescape to E*Trade. In real estate, his investments began with his first home while in college. That was the catalyst to multiple international real estate projects in Canada and vacation properties in Florida. Since the birth of his first child, a junior, he and his wife chose to move back to The East End, his roots. Now, he is a father of two amazing boys.
