I worked in the legal profession the majority of my career. I began as a secretary and advanced in my career to a paralegal/legal assistant. After 25+ years, I decided it was time for a change. So, I went back to college. I graduated in 2011 with a business degree. After graduating with honors, I decided I'd had enough "business" (sitting behind a desk). I wanted to work with people - to meet them, talk with them, and get out from behind that desk. A friend suggested I go into real estate. What better way to work for people than to facilitate the purchase of their next home? Or to help them sell their existing home? Or to find properties with great bones for investors? From the first home I showed, I fell in love with my new profession. I have earned both the GRI and the CRS, the top designations a Realtor(r) can earn.
