Originally from Memphis, TN, Brandy Bell is a strong finance professional who moved to the Chicagoland area 6 years ago to further hone her analytical skills. This coupled with her undergraduate degree in Accounting, Experience as a Tutor and the Southern Hospitality ingrained from a very early age has given her the valuable skills to provide top tier service and help navigate her clients through their transactions as a trusted advisor. Brandy also has a passion for turning houses into homes: she founded Welcomed Interiors which is an interior design and home staging studio after managing and staging vacation rentals over the last few years. She's a budding real estate investor who sees potential in fixer uppers and finds real estate as a vehicle for wealth creation. When she's not servicing her clients, she's an avid foodie and cook, enjoys all things music, loves to travel the world and you can find her biking the lake on a nice sunny day!
