I thought Dr Long was excellent. (My guess is receptionist is gone). She was professional, pleasant and was mindful of my concerns and wishes.
I have never been treated so rudely. The receptionist had an attitude with me from the start. She flat out refused to file my claim, said I would have to pay out of pocket and file the claim myself even though my insurance pulled up as active....
