Bradley Horace Smith

Bradley H. Smith is a North Carolina native. He primarily focuses his practice in the area of workers' compensation and actively practices in both North and South Carolina. Before joining Campbell & Associates, he represented employers and workers' compensation insurance carriers. Brad's prior history of representing workers' compensation defendants provides him with helpful insight and knowledge when advocating on behalf of injured workers.Brad completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, Brad served on the editorial board of The University of Memphis Law Review and published two articles. Since entering practice, Brad has become a Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law in North Carolina. Additionally, he has achieved an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbell for his legal ability and professional ethics.Brad resides in Huntersville with his wife and three children. He and his family enjoy following and cheering on the Tar Heels and Carolina Panthers.
