Brad became a REALTOR in 2006 after finishing his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina. He quickly teamed up with his now partner, Mary Lane Sloan, to form The ART of Real Estate team with the idea that one agent cannot be productive in real estate and give the level of service to the client that they deserve. Out of the formation of this idea, paired with hard work and ingenuity, they began to expand their team, while being conscious that quality must equal quantity.Today, Brad is the Broker-in-Charge of one of the most productive Real Estate Teams in the nation. In late 2013, he and his partners decided to take their team, systems, values, beliefs and brand to create The ART of Real Estate Brokerage. By building on their core values of being a client-centered team, they have an extensive core staff that helps them maintain the customer service their clients deserve while selling a high volume of homes. Some of their team members include: a listing coordinator; closing coordinator; lead coordinator; photographer; client care specialist, and webmaster. Brad realizes the importance of innovation in order to give clients the best service possible as well as to stay one step ahead of the competition. As Brad puts it, "Selling real estate is a lot different today than it was 2, 5 or 10 years ago. You have to work in the business if you want to really be successful. Long gone are the days of putting a sign out front and an ad in the paper." Brad uses hard work and determination to find new ways to integrate technology with competitive sales tactics to sell listings faster and for higher prices. This dedication has lead him to be distinguished as one of REALTOR(r) Magazine's 2013 "30 Under 30."When Brad isn't in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife Danielle, daughters Harper and Olivia, and his dog Addy. He is an avid traveler, having been to: Ethiopia, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Mexico, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. Brad is also a very active member of Downtown Church, where he sits on the Guidance Team. In Brad's spare time he enjoys buying and fixing up investment properties, Carolina football, traveling, kayaking, mountain biking, and skeet and target shooting. Some of Brad's professional accomplishments include: REALTOR(r) Magazine's 30 under 30; Professional Photographer; Secretary for the SC Chapter of CRS; Technology and Education Chairman for Central Carolina REALTOR(r) Association; & Licensed Real Estate Instructor for South Carolina. Brad also maintains multiple designations such as: REALTOR(r); Broker; CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) & SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Brad believes strongly in education in real estate and he feels that a big reason for his team's success.
