I'm Bradley Livingston, born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. After proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force during Desert Storm, I was deployed to Madrid, Spain, where I later built a successful sound design and construction company. I spent nearly 20 years there, became fluent in Spanish, and developed a deep appreciation for different cultures through traveling to over 20 countries. Over time, I discovered my passion for working with people and helping them achieve their goals. My background as a carpenter, interior decorator, chef apprentice, and manager of the Waterset Landing Cafe in Apollo Beach has helped me build strong connections with local developers, home builders, and real estate professionals. My partner, Begona Izquierdo, is a Madrid native and a corporate entrepreneur with a strong background in business management and investments. Together since 1993, we've created and managed several businesses and successfully bought, sold, and leased many properties--both residential and commercial.
