Started a new policy with State Farm. Barb the Office Manager was absolutely wonderful. She listened, and gave us options, and met all of our needs.

Please beware of State Farm, and specifically this agent’s office. They will tell you that your business is covered, but you will eventually find out that they never would’ve covered you in the first place due to being “too much of a risk”....

Would give 0 stars if I could. This insurance is just getting to be a joke. Feel like we're paying for nothing, considering they are of no help. Feel like I'm just paying for their paycheck, and then just get a run around.
