Best thing I like about Bradford’s is I can always ask questions, usually very quickly, to find if a product is available in-store now or may need to be ordered (I’ve done both). Getting to easily talk to an Associate is a big plus for me....

Great hardware store. They pretty much have everything a home depot would have on a smaller scale.
