Thank you Ash. You did a great job getting the seller concessions needed along with the down payment assistance to get this transaction closed. Hard to believe that the buyer bought a house with only a few thousand dollars in the bank.

I had a great experience with Brad. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions and not stressful at all. Communication was great and overall would work with him again!
