Brad Hester was raised in Los Gatos, California and graduated from Los Gatos High School in 1972. His higher education was earned at UC Davis as a science major and physical education minor. UCD graduation was in 1977. Brad has lived in Tahoe ever since and has been working in the Lake Tahoe real estate market since 1982. His wife, Carol, is also a Davis graduate with a major in marketing and owns toy/game stores in Squaw Valley and Tahoe City. Brad and Carol have two daughters, Jessica and Kelly. Jessica is a graduate from Oregon State University and has just received her MBA. Kelly is attending Cal Poly San Luis Obsipo as a kinesiology major. Brad has been in real estate, full time, in the Tahoe Truckee area for 30 years. He has been involved with hundred of successful transactions always working to obtain "...the best possible price for the least possible risk..." Besides an intimate knowledge of the residential market, Brad has both personal and professional involvement in developmental, commercial and business opportunity real estate throughout the region.
