Brad Guinn joined First Home in 2023 and brings with him 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Brad holds an undergraduate degree in accounting, a master's degree in finance, and has also taught corporate finance as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, King University. Brad has also held his securities licenses, both the series 7 and series 66, which allowed him to sell stocks, bonds, and prepare financial plans for families. During Brad's 30 year career he has led sales teams, specialized in construction financing, led seminars and trainings for home buyers, and worked within the communities he has served, educating the importance of home ownership. Brad's belief is through home ownership we build stronger families and better communities. When Brad is not working, he enjoys devoting time to a sports ministry he and his wife, Amy, created, called Screaming Eagles Sports. The goal of the ministry is to teach our youth the importance of faith and use sports as a base to do so. Brad also enjoys spending time with his family and has two active boys who are involved in multiple sports. Brad is humbled and excited to build a strong business and team in the East Tennessee market. Brad will put to use his vast knowledge and experience of the industry to work for his clients to ensure they receive top notch customer service and that the goal of their financial needs are being met.
