Other than the obvious, making sure that you can afford the home that you want to purchase, he can advise on the best lending programs for your needs, and he can even assist buyers that want to capitalize on investment properties (using a mortgage to their advantage and taking advantage of cash on hand to purchase not just one property but multiple.) Boris speaks English and Russian. When not hard at work for his clients, he is spending time with his boys: ages 16 and 21 and his wife. When time allows he also loves to spend the day out play golf.
