Her experience has helped lead over 2 billion dollars of assets through full life cycles of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, operations, and strategy with a primary focus on value-add management for Buyer, Seller, Landlord, and Tenant clients. Bonnie runs the commercial division for River Fox Realty Fredericksburg, as well as handling residential real estate clients. People need a realtor who is prepared to guide, inform, and protect them. Bonnie values the personal relationships she has built over the years, and she has a no-nonsense, all-business approach to negotiations while managing her business with grace and warmth. Bonnie's experience spans landlord and tenant lease negotiations, capital improvement project management, real estate consulting, and corporate real estate strategy. In her previous career, she oversaw commercial investment and property management at MRP Realty, a commercial real estate developer, owner, and operator, where she was responsible for over 10M sqft of joint venture assets and a team of 40 professionals. Prior to joining MRP in 2015, Bonnie worked in property management for Tishman Speyer and as a small business owner, leading property management, construction, leasing, and asset management for independent property owners throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Bonnie received her B.A. in Communication from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ, and is pursuing an ALM in Management with a focus on Real Estate Finance from Harvard University Extension School.
