She relocated to New Jersey in 1989, bringing her expertise and passion for real estate to new markets. Holding a Broker's Real Estate License in both New Jersey and Florida, Bonnie has facilitated relocations for clients from all over the world. Her vast knowledge spans Ocean, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic Counties, making her an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers alike. Before joining Coastal Living Real Estate Group, Bonnie owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage in Bergen County for twelve years and worked with Sotheby's International Realty. Over her thirty-plus years in real estate sales, she has frequently collaborated with architects and builders, consulting on or drafting plans to maximize a property's potential and future value. She has also partnered with staging experts and consultants to enhance the beauty and marketability of sellers' homes, producing professional brochures and hosting captivating open houses. Bonnie's academic background includes a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on journalism and photography. A dedicated community member, Bonnie sits on the Architectural Advisory Committee for the Beach Haven Business and Maritime District.
