I have been a full time Realtor for 40 years, and have been the Owner / Broker of ERA Byrne Realty since 1992.I am a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Short sale and Foreclosure Resource, Accredited Staging Professional, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist.I was the 2006 President of the NJ Association of Realtors, the 1999 President of the Ocean County Board of Realtors, and NJ Realtor of the Year in 1999.I was a Director of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for many years. I was the 2013 Chairperson of the NAR MLS Committee, and was a member of the NAR Multiple Listing and Policies Committee for more than a decade, and also served as a member of the NAR MLS and Emerging Technologies Advisory Board.
