These classes were offered through (GBAR) the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, such as; the (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative, (SRES) Senior Real Estate Specialist, GREEN (Homes Construction), GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) and AHWD (DIVERSITY) designation courses, Real Estate Technology, Leisure Homes, Real Estate Professional Code of Ethics, Contract Law, (203K) Rehabs, 1031 Tax Exchange, Disclosures, Offers Etiquette of Working with Int'l Buyers and Sellers, Flood Insurance MA Update, Tech Savvy and company offered CEU accredited courses, such as; Architecture Historic Homes, Lead Paint, Fair Housing, Negotiating Skills, Rentals, Buyer/Seller Agency and internal training. Knowledge is Priceless! My work experience has been wide in various industries, but each fit as an additional stepping stone in the same direction to enhance my real estate career. Incl Project Mgr for new condo construction in Old Lyme, CT (7) yrs as a REALTOR with Preferred Properties, Inc, out of Greenwich, CT along the CT shoreline , Upper CT River. I have served on the Zoning Board in Westbrook, CT, Chaired Habitat for Humanity Fundraising Committees in CT. In the Manchester/Bennington area of VT I continued association with Habitat served 5 yrs on their Board of Directors, as well as Chaired the Site Committee for 5 yrs, which located, bought sold properties used for sites of future Habitat homes. Additionally, I worked as a Wholesale Mortgage Broker for ten yrs in Vermont, after leaving CT and before moving to the Greater Boston area where I joined the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS, where I am licensed, as well as in (CT), with the fastest growing real estate company, LAER Realty Partners. Recently, the Boston Globe recognized LAER as the preferred large real estate company to work for.
